Russian SKS Type 45 Good Condition all matching Except the fixed magazine.

Nice SKS Type 45 Russian. It has some scrapes and dings as photographed. These rifles were likely reconditioned by Soviet/Russian arsenals, (Must have been a wild Vodka Weekend), with a varnish shellac which is sticky at the forend. You can improve its' look and condition and varnish and shellac it again, likely the same thing the Russians did without ruining the value. Mind you, it will depend on your skill to do this correctly. All the serial numbers match. You can see the gas tube has some spotting during the Arsenal refinish of the firearm.
